Buying meat directly from the producer is the very best way to ensure that you are getting the best product available. That being said, it’s quite a bit different than buying from your local grocer. We are here to help you every step of the way. From reserving your share to receiving your order, we strive to make this process as streamlined as possible. The steps below give an outline of the process, if you have any questions please feel to contact us. We are always here to help.

Process and Pricing

Step 1: Determine the amount beef or lamb that best fills your needs. See below for our pricing guide which includes approximate quantities per selection.

Step 2: Make you reservation by visiting the Reserve Your Share page. This allows us to hold an animal for you. The reservation serves as a deposit on the purchase of your share in this animal and is deducted from the balance due at delivery/pick-up.

Step 3: Complete a Cut Sheet for your order. This sheet gives the processor instructions on how you want your share processed. There are separate cut sheets for whole/half beef, quarter beef and lamb orders. Quarter beef cut sheets are available in three options. Boneless, Bone-In and Ground. When completed please return your cut sheet. Cut sheet must be returned no later than 1 week before the processing date. Cut sheets are available by clicking the link below.

Step 4: Start planning to receive your order. Make sure that you have enough freezer space. If you are unsure how much freezer space you need check out our freezer guide below.

Step 5: On the date specified on your reservation the animals will be taken in for processing. Lamb is usually ready for pick up 1 week later. Beef is aged 14 days at the processor so you can expect it to be ready in about two weeks. Once your order is ready for pick up you will hear from us to arrange delivery/pickup. Full payment for your order is due at that time.
